At Kulani Kinis, we want you to love your new swimwear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, all protective liners must remain intact for a return to be processed.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and hygiene liners are securely attached and the garment is unwashed.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
